Our installation service covers the upgrades that make a house more comfortable: ceiling fans, light fixtures, TV wall mounts, range hoods, shelving, curtain rods and blinds. We swap fixtures on existing circuits, add fan-rated ceiling boxes where needed and mount TVs into studs so nothing sags or pulls loose.
Ceiling fans run most of the year in St. Petersburg, so a wobble or hum gets old fast. We install a fan-rated brace, balance the blades and use the right downrod length for vaulted ceilings. For TVs, we locate studs or use the right anchors for block walls, which are common in Florida homes built on slab.
Done safely, done once
Light fixtures and fans are installed on existing wiring with the breaker off and every connection checked. We do not add new circuits or work inside the electrical panel, which needs a licensed electrician in Florida, but we handle the fixture-level installs that make up most homeowner requests.

Popular installation jobs
These are the installs our customers book most often, many of them in a single visit:
- ceiling fans on flat or vaulted ceilings
- TV wall mounts with in-wall cable concealment kits
- light fixtures, pendants and LED panel upgrades
- range hoods, blinds, curtain rods and closet shelving
Mounting on concrete block walls
Many exterior walls in Pinellas County are concrete block covered with furring strips and drywall. A TV mount screwed only into the furring strip is not safe. We drill into the block with masonry anchors rated for the weight and keep the mount level and tight to the wall.
Bundle several small installs into one visit, such as a fan, two light fixtures and a TV, and you only pay the trip once. That is usually the most affordable way to use a handyman.

Fixtures, Fans & TV Mounting FAQs
Mounting a TV up to 65 inches on drywall over studs starts around $129 with your bracket. Concealing wires in the wall or mounting on block adds to the price.
Usually yes, if there is an existing ceiling box and switch. We replace the box with a fan-rated brace so the fan is properly supported.
We replace fixtures, switches and outlets on existing circuits. New circuits, panel work and rewiring require a licensed electrician, and we will refer you.
Yes. We use a sloped-ceiling adapter and the right downrod length so the fan hangs level and moves air where you sit.
