A handyman handles small and mid-size home repairs and installs: painting, drywall patches, door and cabinet repairs, deck boards, toilet and faucet fixes, ceiling fans, light fixtures and TV mounting. Larger jobs that need a licensed contractor are referred out.
Our first hour is $95 including the trip, then $75 per hour in quarter-hour steps. Half-day and full-day blocks are available for longer to-do lists. Fixed prices are quoted for defined jobs like TV mounting or toilet repair.
We carry general liability insurance and our technicians are background-checked. We stay within handyman scope under Florida law and refer electrical panel, structural and re-piping work to licensed contractors.
